(1) General Conditions

1. EMPIRE SAPPHIRE SL markets EMPIRE SAPPHIRE brand products from its headquarters to consumers through the website www.maximilianequestrian.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). We also act as distributors for other brands that are listed on the Website.
2. The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at the time of the order, will apply exclusively to all orders placed by you with Empire Sapphire SL., as well as to our deliveries and services. We do not accept different terms proposed by the customer. Any other terms agreed upon with the customer will be null and void.

(2) Contract Formation and Website Terms of Use

Offers are directed to customers with billing and delivery addresses in any country worldwide. Orders and other declarations are only legally binding if made in English or Spanish.

By accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older, or, if younger, that they have the consent of their legal guardian.

The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a binding offer from Empire Sapphire SL., but rather an invitation to the customer to make an offer to purchase.

By submitting the order form through our website, you are making a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. Before confirming the order, you can review and correct the information entered. We may accept your offer within two weeks (or three weeks outside the EU).

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This email does not imply acceptance of the contract.

The contract will only be considered formalized when we accept your order by shipping the products or through express confirmation, which may be by email.

(3) Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices will be as indicated on the website at the time of ordering.

All prices include applicable VAT, but do not include shipping or handling costs.
Amounts are expressed in euros (EUR). For shipping costs, please refer to the relevant section in the online store.

(4) Payment Terms

Customers can pay via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other secure methods.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

Cash and check payments are not accepted (except for in-store pickup, where cash payment is permitted).

By using online payment methods, the customer expressly authorizes the collection of the amount at the time of the order.

The images shown on the website are digital representations and may differ slightly from the actual product without this constituting a defect.

(5) Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by the customer.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the website.

If we are unable to deliver the product within the estimated timeframe, we will refund any payments made without delay upon request by the customer. The customer will not be entitled to any further claims.

(6) Retention of Title

The products will remain the property of Empire Sapphire SL until full payment has been received.

(7) Rights for Defects and Liability: Applicable statutory provisions apply.

(9) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party authorized by you, receive the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at: info@empire-sapphire.com

Simply send the request before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your request.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will only be liable for any diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their condition.

(10) Gift Vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers in the online store.

• Valid only online and in-store.
• Issued in euros (EUR).
• Sent by email in PDF format and available in physical form in-store.
• Non-refundable.

Cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
Only one voucher can be used per order. If the order value is less than the voucher value, the difference will be forfeited.
If it is greater, you will need to pay the difference.

In case of a return, a new voucher will be issued for the corresponding amount.

The company is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

We are not responsible for the content of external links.
Responsibility lies solely with their respective owners.

(12) Image Rights

All rights to the images belong to Empire Sapphire SL. Their use is prohibited without written authorization.

(13) Partial invalidity, jurisdiction and applicable law

If any clause is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Spanish law shall apply.
